There is no cost to attend the summit, but guests are responsible for the cost of their hotel, travel and transportation to and from the airport.

All meals are provided throughout the summit. Please provide any special dietary needs during registration.

Since this is an invitation-only event, please contact our team before inviting someone else in your place (hello@alignedautomation.com).
Please contact our team as soon as possible if you’ve registered and need to make changes or if you can no longer attend. We will cancel your hotel registration; however, you will be responsible for canceling your flight reservations (hello@alignedautomation.com).
Please visit the hotel website for details on their “Omni Safe & Clean” policy. Attendees are not required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test results.
Travel and logistics
Your arrival time will depend on whether you plan to attend the Tuesday golf tournament and/or the welcome reception (see the “agenda” section above for details). The final session will adjourn at noon on Thursday, May 4, so plan to fly out late afternoon or early evening.
There are two major airports in Dallas: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field. Both are approximately 25 miles from the Omni Frisco Hotel.
You will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport. We will transport guests to and from any off-site activities.
The Omni Frisco offers overnight parking with in/out privileges for $25/day.
